When my body began to change, I did what most women do. I sought help. Instead, I found months of appointments, conflicting opinions, and conversations with doctor after doctor that never connected the dots.
Talking with friends, I realized I wasn’t alone. So many women in midlife were navigating real physical and emotional shifts without integrated, compassionate care.
I talked to my husband, Steve, and we both saw the system for what it was: fragmented and not built to treat women as whole people.
