Sustainable Weight Loss
When GLP-1 therapy is combined with healthy habits, people can lose 15 to 25% of their body weight on average for about a year according to the NIH. The goal isn’t a crash diet. It’s steady progress you can maintain over time.
Reduced Appetite & Fewer Cravings
GLP-1s work with your brain and your gut to help you feel full sooner, stay satisfied longer, and reduce constant food noise and cravings–naturally.
Improved Metabolic Health
Many women see improvements in blood sugar, insulin resistance, cholesterol, and inflammation. All these combined support long-term metabolic health, not just a lower number on the scale.
Improved Energy Levels
As weight and blood sugar stabilize, you’ll probably notice increased energy, improved sleep, less joint pain, and easier movement throughout the day.
Greater Control & Confidence
Perhaps most importantly, GLP-1 therapy can give you back control over your body, replacing frustration and endless cycles of dieting with confidence and momentum.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to stay on medication forever?
Not necessarily. Some women use medication longer-term to maintain metabolic stability, while others transition off after building sustainable habits and improving metabolic markers. Our goal is to create a healthier foundation so you have options. Your plan evolves with you.
Is compounded medication safe?
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies to meet patient-specific needs. We work with FDA-regulated pharmacies and prescribe only when clinically indicated. Your safety is our priority, and we’ll walk you through the benefits, considerations, and whether a compounded option makes sense for you. Disclaimer: The FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs offered at our clinic. As an alternative to FDA-approved branded products, where appropriate, a provider may prescribe a compounded drug, which is prepared by a state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy partner. Although compounded drugs are permitted to be prescribed under federal law, they are not FDA-approved and do not undergo safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing review.
Do you prescribe GLP-1s for weight loss?
Yes. When clinically appropriate, we prescribe GLP-1–based medications to support weight loss, metabolic health, and blood sugar regulation. Your clinician will review your medical history, goals, and lab work (if needed) to determine whether this type of treatment is right for you. Not everyone needs a GLP-1. But if you do, we’ll guide you through your options clearly and responsibly.
Do I need bloodwork?
In many cases, yes. Lab work helps us understand your baseline hormone levels, metabolic markers, and nutritional status so we can create a personalized plan. If you already have recent labs, we can review those. If not, we can facilitate your lab order.
Do you accept insurance?
We operate on a transparent, self-pay model so we can spend more time with you and focus on what you actually need — not what insurance dictates. That means longer visits, personalized treatment, and fewer hoops to jump through. Depending on your plan, you may be able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Can I use my HSA/FSA?
Yes. Most women use their HSA or FSA funds for visits and prescriptions. We’ll provide everything you need to submit for reimbursement, so you can use the benefits you’ve already set aside for your health.
